How are your kitchens so competitively priced?
We work on a large volume and low profit basis, in the hope that we will get repeat business and recommendations.
Do you offer an installation service?
We offer a full installation service from building works, electric, gas and plumbing to finishing off with painting. We can literally do as much or as little as required.
Do you offer a free design service?
Yes, we offer a free no obligation design service either in store or in the comfort of your own home.
Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens?
Our Eco and Colonial Kitchens come with a 10 year guarantee. Both ranges also hold the prestigious FIRA Gold Award in recognition of quality and excellence within manufacturing.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque, bankers draft, credit, debit cards or bank transfer.
When do I need to pay?
If you are paying on a cash basis, then there will be an initial deposit of 25% required, followed by payment prior to delivery of the goods from our factory.
How quickly will you be able to deliver my new kitchen?
Depending on the style of door you choose normally determines how long it will take. However as a general rule, anywhere from 2-6 weeks is generally accepted as the norm in terms of supply only. Fitting schedules will obviously determine the length of time if you are going for the fitted service but we do aim to get your job started with 4 weeks from order.
Can I change my existing order?
Yes of course, however please be aware that alteration could affect the delivery date of you order and could incur costs depending how much notice is given.
Do Kitchens Plus offer any finance options?
Credit is subject to status and Ts & Cs apply. Kitchens Plus are Authorised and Regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority and offer a full range of flexible payment schemes.
Who can I speak to once my order has been placed?
Kitchens Plus have a dedicated team to help you at every stage of your order.
What happens if I'm not there when delivery is attempted?
You can appoint someone to sign for delivery in you absence by contacting us beforehand.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address (only on a cash sale basis) by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where is your stock manufactured?
All of our kitchen and bedroom furniture is manufactured in the UK and 100% of our bespoke units are made in the North East.
What if my order arrives incomplete?
We aim to deliver everything first time every time. However in the event of a short delivery, you will be informed and we will endeavour to complete the order as soon as possible.
How green are you?
Our ECO and Colonial kitchens carry the FSC accreditation for the mark of responsible forestry. They also achieved national recognition via the Green Apple Award, further reinforcing the ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standard.
What if my product arrives damaged?
You have up to 72 hours to report any damage to goods. However this does not affect your statutory rights.
